Motivating Employees during Change

It is important that as an employer, you should motivate your employee once in a while. This makes them more ready to work for you. It is very important that doing change you do not leave them hanging. You may provoke a strike.
The strike is inevitable if workers or employees are not happy with the management of any organisation. This is because employees will have to reason to be happy than to grumble. One should just always thrive to be better.
 
Employee morale affects a business’ success. There is so much happening outside of our control right now, which will lead to frustration, disconnection and low morale. But the lack of staff morale affects companies in more ways than expected.
 
Motivating employees during changes is a very good practice any business organization is supposed to practice. If you make changes without informing your staffs or motivating them about the changes made, you indirectly kill their initiatives and they might be performing below expectations.
When work initiatives are killed, the company in its entirety suffers and this is why staff motivation is very important to existence and progress of the company. Once there is a shake in the administration set up, it's very important that all the workers are fully motivated to help the company grow.
 
There are many human beings who get used to routines, and this does not exclude employees. It is good that before making changes or when you suspect that it may happen, talk to the workers so that they are aware of what is happening. This will help them to be prepared to assume and adapt.
 
Change is one constant thing, it is sometimes necessary to move forward, as long as the organization is changing for better then it will be easier to motivate employers to key into the change because they will also benefit in the long run
 
As an employee of an organisation,the are bound to adhere to the rules and regulations of that establishment,therefore any changes made by the organisation must be adhered to,if the employee cannot meet up to the requirements due to the new changes that require brain work,the employer should set out workshops, retreats for employers to meet up to standard.

You can motivate your workers or employees, during this period of change by simply keeping them assured that after the down time, the business organization will do it best to ensure welfare of the staff and consistent payments of salary.
 
Don't create a competitive environment for your employees, but make them to see themselves as team members working towards a single goal. This would help motivate them more than you can imagine.
 
One of the factor of production,that need utmost attention are the staff of the organization, how you treat your staff will modulate the effect on production,this can be seen during covid season.

The only constant thing in life is change, so ever employee should have it at the back of their minds and should be prepared for when changes occur, the management can only give talks to the staff preparing them for whatever change that will take place
 
as a manager it is your duty to notify your workers of any change in the company always motivate them in all perspectives in other to encourage them do their job effectively.
 
I really do not believe that it is possible to motivate employees without raising their pay. I have worked for a company that used to pay employees much less and expected them to do more. In fact, this is a normal thing in my country. You need to satisfy the needs of your employees, raise their pay or provide them with bonuses first and then make them realize their responsibilities.
 
Every reasonable and right thinking employee should know that loses are not planned and this is even the right time to be with the company even more. As an employer you should sacrifice at this stage to motivate them.
 
Change is constant in every area of life and also in our business lives so we must also learn how to be motivated when such happens. I think it is also good to motivate employees to work hard for the success of the business.
 
Change greatly affects productivity,this effect may either make profits appreciate or depreciate due to its goodness or unfavourable outcomes it may produce.
When making a change, make a wise one such that it serves as an incentive to the employees

You should motivate employees but you should also never pamper them too much. They might start taking advantage. Moderation is the key to everything
