Because of the flexibility of organizational culture, change may be deliberate, a product of conscious reasoning and action, or may unfold in a spontaneous and unplanned way. However, since change is often emergent rather than planned, the attitudes of employees become indicative factors of the success of every organization as changes may require transitions or modifications in several ways the organization operates. Focussing on employee disposition, how do you think organizational culture can impact, motivate, and shape workers' attitudes and behaviors during organizational change?

You must master the art of appreciating your workers. Thank them always for a job well done and give them a reason to always satisfy you. You must always remember that without them there is no you

I remember an organization that was affected by the pandemic last year, the company suffered a big loss and there was no forthcoming deals the owner was in between laying off staffs or using personal funds to continue, sometimes business may take an unexpected turn which is why employers should be prepared for the worst and how to handle people working for him because those people have their own lives, families etc

With the business environment constantly evolving a business has to evolve in order to survive. Change then becomes a necessity that very business has to inculcate in it organizational structure. An organization has to make her employees see the need for change so they can subscribe to it.

An organizational change can take many forms, from a simple change in your business philosophy to a sweeping formal alteration of your business product or service offerings. Motivating employees through an organizational change requires a singular devotion to maintaining workforce morale. Keeping employees happy through even a small change in operations can be difficult, unless you, as a business owner, place value in the opinions and personal development of each employee.

According to my own point of view, as an organisation they are supposed to have a weekly meeting or monthly. at this meeting it is very possible for you to talk and advise your workers motivate them and teach them how to go along with their work

I think the best thing you can motivate them to continue working for you is to carry them along in whatever changes that occur. You need to let them know about the changes and how they are going to benefit from it. You can also incorporate incentive program that will compensate them for every extra effort they put into working for the business.

Motivation is a key in every business Enterprise an employer knows his onions he will know that from time to time is employees need to be motivated bro promotion salary increment and other incentives moreover a successful businessman must know that for his business to strive successfully that he must motivate his employee to bring a positive change in the business.

I think you have to develop an interpersonal relationship with your employees. That will make it easier to reach out to them and motivate them. A meeting can be held where employees can be allowed to communicate and share their thoughts on the changes in the organization. When you know how they feel it would be easier to motivate them.

Remember that clear two-way communication is essential during times of change to ensure employees remain motivated. Find out what motivates each individual and set about addressing it. improvements, don't shout them out. Instead, help job-holders to find their own ways to improve their work.

Whenever you are starting a business, it is important that you create a very cordial work place with your employees in such a way they are always aware of the inflow and outflow of money in the business. In business we can only try to be better but circumstances can be against us and in such situations it is important they stick together with and find a way out. But it is also paramount that you sacrifice in this kind of situation to motivate them.

I think it is true that by creating a change in the employees, they can be retweeted. During the change, they are motivated to change. As the national level rises, tuition and China go hand in hand You have asked this very good question. I am very happy with your question

Just as the popular saying goes "change is constant" there is nothing you can do about it, it has to happen. So how then do employers handle employees during transitions and changes?.
I think it is all down to choosing the right people in the first place people with the right attitude for the job and I guess it will be easier.
