Very thoughtful thread, one of the most important features in any organization are what you have mentioned, these are the essence of an effective human resource department, the employees should be further trained on professional, intellectual improvement as well as improvement in talents and capabilities, these are the factors that make the employees fully active and results driven.
 
This is the reason that the company must be always have a weekly or monthly meeting. The employer and a staffs should be having meeting in which to let them know bit about what is going on a company if there's any positive or negative results and address with polite quote.

However, since change is often emergent rather than planned, the attitudes of employees become indicative factors of the success of every organization as changes may require transitions or modifications in several ways the organization operates. Focussing on employee disposition, how do you think organizational culture can impact, motivate, and shape workers' attitudes and behaviors during organizational change?
Well, there are different dimensions to this. I feel an organization should always be prepared for cultural changes. This means the employees should be aware of the dynamics of change through consistent meetings, seminars and conferences.
 
It is important that as an employer, you should motivate your employee once in a while. This makes them more ready to work for you. It is very important that doing change you do not leave them hanging. You may provoke a strike.
 
A company can not keep working in the same way they have been and expect growth. Change always occurs if growth is to be experienced. Therefore, organisation must try to reshape the way they work to adapt to these changes. Proper orientation must be given to employees as to what new method they need to carry out some activities. You are so correct. The pandemic really had a great effect on several companies. Some companies had to pause of operation. So lay of its staff. I know a number of persons personally that was affect by the pandemic. They got layed-off due to the pandemic.
No doubt Corona virus has really affected many businesses and employees as well. The pandemic has caused some change which has become the normal now. Company's employees needs to be motivated and retrain to adapt with the change.
