What work hours do your employees work?

If you're someone who runs a business with a group of employees, what hours do you usually have them work? Do you have 24 hour service? If so, do you have enough people working the day and night shifts? Or do you have your employees work a traditional 9-5 job? Or maybe it's a part time job, with less hours.

When I was running a restaurant, I had 12 hours duty hours for my staff. They were supposed to arrive at 8 and work until at, sometimes when customers where still there, they also had to work longer hours.
