Motivating Employees during Change

Well, I think a major change, as well as a major transition, could affect changes on the employees of an organisation it could be positive or negative I think that entirely depends on the leadership.
 
Well in some country changes is something that is very constant because things keep going out of hand and it makes it very difficult for a lot of people to find it very easy to adjust.
 
To motivated your employees you must appreciated them for their work this will really motivate them to work very well.

I think the best way to motivate employees during such unplanned changes is by reassuring them that things are still okay. They might be scared that the new change would cause delay in payment so its best to pay them on time or even a day earlier if possible just to assure them.

According to my own point of view, as an organisation they are supposed to have a weekly meeting or monthly. at this meeting it is very possible for you to talk and advise your workers motivate them and teach them how to go along with their work
True tho, an organization or company should have a period meeting where such things should be discussed. But i have also seen cases whereby some changes occurs unexpectedly even before such meetings and an emergency one could not take place.
 
The employees response to change depends on the method to which you choose to get them introduced to the change, and the incentives that follow afterwards.
 
I remember an organization that was affected by the pandemic last year, the company suffered a big loss and there was no forthcoming deals the owner was in between laying off staffs or using personal funds to continue, sometimes business may take an unexpected turn which is why employers should be prepared for the worst and how to handle people working for him because those people have their own lives, families etc
I was also one of the victims that was laid of as the result of the pandemic last year and it hasn't been easy since then, we were laid off without any money to start afresh, but i was able to start a business of my own while some are still out there struggling.
 
Employing the right people in the right position is very important because sometimes change is needed especially when they are not performing as they should.

You are right. Appreciating your employees goes a long way in motivating them to be more dedicated to their job and you can do that by giving them bonus or increasing their salaries, you can also promote outstanding staff.
