Motivating Employees during Change

It is not good for you to show appreciation in what an employee has done a new business because this can be an encouragement to many of them and you should always try to increase their salary or you can decide to take them out for a dinner on a special day that they have worked so hard to make sure your company's runs smoothly
 
If there is any change in an organization and you think the change can affect the growth of the organization or even makes the employees to resign and go elsewhere, they best way to keep moving the business forward is to keep motivating them with the work that they are doing

Employees can be motivated during changes in business. There is no company that does not under changes this can come in different ways. When this happens the employees should be made to flow or work along the new changes in terms of bringing in new manager or introduction of new policy.

For your employees to get used to the change you must intimate them about the reasons for the change and how the change will affect them. As their are openly the company has a room for improvements as they have even fair for the employees so the employees feel special to the company thus they will give their best to satisfy their customer so compensation is a must for them.
 
I remember an organization that was affected by the pandemic last year, the company suffered a big loss and there was no forthcoming deals the owner was in between laying off staffs or using personal funds to continue, sometimes business may take an unexpected turn which is why employers should be prepared for the worst and how to handle people working for him because those people have their own lives, families etc
You are so correct. The pandemic really had a great effect on several companies. Some companies had to pause of operation. So lay of its staff. I know a number of persons personally that was affect by the pandemic. They got layed-off due to the pandemic.
