What's the most employees you've ever had at once?

If you run your own business, you're likely going to end up hiring a lot of people over the years. But, what's the most amount of employees you had at a given time? I've never had my own employees, but I imagine some businesses can go through hundreds of employees over time. How many have you had?

Depending on how large the business is, for medium scale business...Ten employees can do fine.

The highest number of employees I ever had was 10. I was running a small restaurant whee we could accommodate about 30 people at a time, so we used to have 4-5 employees. However, once we had 10 workers as the business was booming and we were having a lot of takeaway sales.
