I think one of the thing i have come to learn from the relationship you create with your employees is giving them too much flexible exposure to the detriment of the business,we made that mistake at the onset of our growing outfit,and we started seeing some funny reaction from the employee.

I am of the opinion that most employees do not need motivating when the business is going through some changes that does not affect them negatively so unless the change will definitely affect them in a negative way that is when I will come up with strategies to motivate the staffs.
