I particularly understand that people have been able to coin this adage in order to promote people to give more because if a lot of people were more generous then it means that money will be very easy to circulate. This does not mean that automatically given guarantees that you are going to get.

Its not like anybody is using anything like a quote to deceive anybody but its just what you believe in , and dont ever always want something back from anybody in return when you are doing something good like giving out,

I cannot confidently let you know that this is not a very good quote because most of the time we give and do not even get anything in return at all, so which is better to not even hope on it.
