What's it like to fire someone?

I don't like firing staffs because they Pity me and I think about them and their family they can't feed their family if they are fired.

I always try to put myself in the position of the employee before terminating them for misconduct or any other reason. Firing an employee who I like would be like killing them and robbing them of all their resources because they have a wife, kids, and family to support, so it would be a dreadful experience.

Firing someone isn't easy at all I tell you. You'll have to put in consideration that you're taking away daily bread from that individual who you're not sure might get another job soonest. You'll have to put up a really brave face.

I have never owned a business of any sort and so i haven't been in the position of firing someone. I would not like to be in that position anytime because i really hate hurting people.
