I imagine it's not easy to fire someone, but I know it has to be done sometimes. With that being said, what is your process for firing an employee of yours? Do you have a process on how you fire them? Do you ask them to resign maybe? Or do you let them know to pack their stuff and leave the premises. If you hire people online, do you just start up a call to discuss the firing? What is your process like? Is it a depressing process? How do you get through it?
