Bonuses to employees.

Offering rewards to workers is useful to the business since representatives will in general give more yield when shown motivations than when not. Rewards are only a method of inspiring representatives to build their usefulness
 
That is really true because sometimes this can promote unity and can improve a good business relationship between the employee and the business owner. In general all these things is necessary to keep an organisation going forward.
I am certain that the result is positive when there is such a value from the employer to his employees, as you describe it well, a good relationship and a very good working environment is created. The great majority of companies where these measures are applied are successful companies.

This one of the thing employee don't apply to their company or business, it's good to give an employer bonus especially the one doing well at workplace, it motivate their moral at placr of work to do better

Seriously sometimes what make a good business organisation to success is unity, doing things with one mind. And healthy competition .if all these things are being made in a good business organisation then what will stop the business organisation for flourishing .
 
This is one of the things that motivates the employees to do more when it comes to employed jobs. So bonuses has it's own motivation on the workers.
 
Yes it's necessary especially if they merit it. It motivates them to continue and to do better. That's another way of encouraging your workers and showing appreciation
 
Bonuses to employees serves as a means of motivation to them. Where I work currently we have a target for the day, if we are able to meet above target they compensate us with a bonus asides the basic salary. It really helps.

I did not remember that benefit, in the Ministries or headquarters where they work all day they have that benefit, breakfasts and lunches are affordable for employees or they go to pick up the food for free.
That is why every company should be looking for an opportunity of how they can improve their business organisation to a point in which people work together in one mind with great unity just as you have mentioned.
It is the most correct thing to do, even when there is this unity it is very likely that these companies achieve success, since they all work together with the same purpose.

If your company is making profits, it is very important that you give 10-20 percent bonus to your employees. If you don't give bonus even when you are making a lot of profits, you end up becoming another Jeff Bezos
