Workplace conflict Management and resolution

Just like the thread explained, conflict is inevitable and because of that its management is very important in every organization. One main cause of conflict is misunderstanding and as a manager you need to do your best to always make your self very simple so that your employees can understand you and also copy your behavior in their daily business activities.
The best way to resolve conflicts in a working organisation is to build good interpersonal communication among workers, with this and you will be able to resolve conflict in your organisation.
 
Though am not a manager in an establishment but If I was to take charge in resolving conflict I would hear from both parties involved caution the faulty party and state out the company policy of no conflict .
 
As a manager when dealing with conflict among employees, a manager has to think win win for both parties involved and make sure such occurrence doesn't happen again
 
Conflict most especially at work place or in business organisations are inevitable that is to say so far human being are living together even with the aim of business their most be conflict between so the management of the conflict depends on the ability of the managers and the division of labor at the work place to avoid compromise of the other.

I agree that equal treatment of employees is very important in minimizing rivalries and conflicts in the workspace. This is the work of the management.

Conflict will always occur, sometimes its best in positive and also negative, to manage conflict between co-workers and client is easy, what of conflict between board, how will that be resolved.

If I were to be a manager, before I employ any workers, I would have made rules and regulations that I would give to each employee. So therein you'll see if any conflict is reported to me concerning you, then you're fired.
To be frank, I can't give myself headache trying to resolve any conflict when I'm not a lawyer 😄

There is no way conflicts will not arise among your employees at some points due to disagreement on decision makings, when such happens the manager should address the issue without favouring any party that is involves in settling it.
