In this conflict I can say that who are at odds with one another. As a manager,you can manage conflict by setting rules and regulations in the organization and anyone who defaults will be penalized..It can be suspension,and when they are been suspended,their salary will not count in the course of their suspension..With this,they can try to avoid conflicts amongst themselves...
 
As a company you need rules and regulation which will guide and protect your company and also workers rights. When a worker goes against such rules he should be dealt with, and also it is good to advise and share love among your worker

Thank you. As I have always said, anywhere you find yourself as an employee, you just have to behave yourself by focusing on your duty. That's all.
 
Conflicts in business of any form be it between clients, co worker can affect the productivity and well doing of the business because if it's between co worker, it'll reduce the rate of production
 
I try to get both sides on the issue, and work from there. Sometimes it's a simple fix, and I make that fix. Other times it's a serious issue, and we look into it to see if anyone did any wrongdoing. It's not easy to deal with, but it's part of employing people. If you need help with something like that, hiring an HR person could help.

Talk to both parties to know what caused the dispute and try to settle it amicably, that's in the case of staff, but for clients, an employee should under no condition have an altercation with a client
 
In whatsoever role, you fit in try as much as possible to evade conflicts amongst co workers and employees, it disconnect the bond and affects the outcome of the business. Even after settling, the grudge is still there.

Well I do not have skills for conflict management but I have tried to resolve issues between my friends and in the process I listened to both of them understanding their point of view and knowing how to understand treat the case.

If I was having with one of my colleagues at works, the best thing I would do is take the matter to manager. I believe a good manager should be able to manage and resolve conflicts.

I agree with you, this method of conflict resolution has proven effective overtime at the workplace where I have worked. Rules and regulations will help in conflicts resolution.

We have many conflict at workplace , where there might be a misunderstanding between two employee or between an employee and a client, but as a boss you must have a good conflict resolution on how to settle any conflict in your workplace.
 
There is no place where we do not have grudges in which a business place is not left out. As the business owner, when conflict arises in your business either between staff or customers you should look for a way to fairly settle it amicably without favouring one side.
