Workplace conflict Management and resolution

I haven't spear head or being a boss before but I have seen many people do it perfectly. In the workplace, if you can afford it hire a hr person who will listen to all complains and settle disputes. You should Al's set the company in such a way that there is unity of comand and there is no room for lawlessness.

In the first place,the organisation should have rules and regulations and anyone that falters any,should be punished according to the punishment written under the rule of the offence. An organisation is not your fathers house that you will go and fight or create problems there
 
Very true, it is impossible to have the same view over issues all the time in a workplace so it is best to understand that and foster peace when the views are looking unachievable and managers should also know how to help employees get better results and prevent combat
