Workplace conflict Management and resolution

I have seen various companies that set up a different body in charge of handling internal conflict. This method is quit nice, as it feel it gives the manager a sense of being free from partiality
 
Any work place where there is no peace and cooperation I don't think that business will really go forward because team work is very important for business success.
 
"Conflict is irresistible but combat is optional" word! I think manager should do well to instill this into employees so that they get the right meaning and learn to co exist together peacefully.
 
I think there should be query given when staffs display such acts. There are rules and regulations in every organization that staffs needs to obey. Any form of conflict should be done away with. They can have the conflict after work.
Yes I completely agree with you that whenever a staff should display any form of irresponsible treat that star should be carried or want for it and if the staff does not change then the next thing is that he should be sacked from his job.

This is just a difficult things for a business company to do ,they just need to make sure that everyone face their own responsibility because this is one of the most leading causes of trouble in business.

I have seen such too and to be honest, it is a wise thing to do given that conflicts in the workplace are mostly inevitable and bringing in an arbitration agency is a good thing.
 
Managing conflicts between workers is something that is not easy to be done and Indeed is something that can be very challenging. The business owner needs to find a neutral ground for the two parties to resolve the issue , ensuring not to blame anyone in particular .
 
It is very important for business organization to knoe how to manage conflict among employees during the course of discharging their duties to the company. The company can even sponsor some employee to get the course done
 
Conflict management in an organization requires a lot of skills to handle it. Skills like leadership skills and human management skills. If I am the manager in question, i would have a conflict resolution team that will be working to investigate and settle dispute between co-workers or clients.
Workplace conflict management and resolution can be done by the human resource manager please is the department that is in charge of all workers in an organisation.
 
Before stepping in to invite both parties involved in the said conflict, I will first of all try to understand the origin of the conflict from the both perspective. Then start it up from there
 
In organisation where people come from different backgrounds with opposing views there is bound to be conflict, but what I believe is that there should be company policy on issues of conflict amongst co-workers which the workers must have been told from the time they are employed so that it will guide them in their interaction with each other.

It is very important to resolve conflicts and disputes in workplaces. Any company where there is dispute the company will definitely not move forward. It is the role of the manageror whosoever that is in charge of the business to resolve conflicts in order for the business to move forward and the employees work together for the common goal of making the business succeed.
You are right,in as much we know that conflict is inevitable in the workplace there ought to be an internal conflict resolution mechanism that has been put in place for employees to make use of it.

I think firstly I'll consider the very person at fault before I will go into casting blames. This will help me a lot in resolving any issue that arises.
 
As a manager or an entrepreneur you are expected to have those skills of settling dispute among your workers at your work place bringing them to mutual understanding with each other reasoning with them ability to hear from their personal opinion and then settle the problem.
 
It is always important that they should be a round table hearing to hear from all the parties involved and then try to reach a consensus whereby everybody is happy with each other.
 
You as a business owner or manager if an establishment, you should ensure that your staffs don't at anytime turn your establishment into a boxing ring. Because that will be very detrimental to your business success for a long time

What is the need for a company to set up a different body to handle the conflict in a business organisation ,they should just channel the energy and make sure that they organise their business in a way that everyone has their own responsibilities to face.

Well for them to do that it means it's working out well for them. And like you said they should run it in a way everyone has their responsibilities, I guess that's what they did in a way as it is the duty of these body to settle disputes

What I'm trying to say is that dispute will always come in a business organisation when employees don't even know their real responsibility in a business, this is what always lead to quarreling and sometimes fight.

Oh yes I get your point now, you are right, when they do not know their responsibilities, they would end up clashing with one another, and like you said it would cause conflict, as one would think the other is trespassing
 
In the first place I put in measures that will prevent any conflict or debt by making sure that all employees have a break time lunch together and interact, by these you prevent conflict among them, also ensure great customer services
