How many people do you like to hire on?

I always wish to hire as much I can afford if I have the financial strength and the level of vacancies that will be able to accommodate a good number of people this is also another way of helping the needy.

The number of employee a business enterprises can employ depend solely on the workforce going on in the company at the particular time , for example when my father started a bakery business, he only employ 5people but As the work was expanding , he needed to employ 3people more making eight in total,

I have considered hiring others, but my work is fairly easy for me to handle on my own. So I don't see a point in hiring someone when I can save the money and keep it for myself and do the job myself as well.

If I am able to establish my big business I hope we did kind of a business owner that will have to employ as much employees as possible so that it can serve as my only two way of reducing unemployment in my country.

Though I don't have a site at the moment, but I think the number of people to hire to work for you will depend on you the owner and the nature of work. The objective of hiring employees is for them to help out in the job so that the productivity of the business can be increased. I think most owners of business will love to employ much employees so that they can bring in more productivity to the business which will translate to more income for the business.

I don't like to hire many people too.
If I have to hire someone, it has to be because I have so much work to do and need a little help and and there.
I have hired someone to manage my forex account, this is because am not very seasoned at it.

Well, this is a very dubtful question, my friend.
First I should see over time how progresses the work and the income. Then I would decide if and how many people to hire.
But one only clear thing: In my company NO ONE will ever have to be fired!!
For this reason I would like to calculate all carefully.
