How many employees do you have hired?

If you run a business or store, how many employees do you have hired on? I don't have a business where I hire people. One day I would love to have something like that going, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Anyway, how many employees do you have working for you?

I have 4 workers at the farm right now. Those who are doing great to ensure that everything at the farm is going well. Two are working at the feeding section. One is in charge of sales while the other is tasked with procurement. So, it is a nice setup that makes everything go the way that it is expected.

When I was running a restaurant, I had 6 staff, two people worked in the kitchen, two people were waiters and two people were dishwashers. I sat at the counter. Currently, I am running online businesses and I frequently hire virtual assistants but I do not have any staff on payroll.

Working online meant that you won't always hire people on a weekly or monthly arrangement since you are also looking at getting jobs. You can only hire them when you discover that you are not going to complete tasks collected alone.

I have a couple of people on my contact list and I hire people who have already worked for me in the past.

Currently in my business of poultry and fish farming, I have employed six people that are working for me at the moment and I am having another person who is currently on training. I probably will have his training completed by December and he is going to become another full employee which will make my staff members to be 7 in total.

It is good to hire more people if you need to hire them. Many bosses may not hire many people and this may increase the workload. So, channelising things in the best manner is one of the most important things in any kind of business. The bigger your business, the more employees you may need.

I don't think it is good for you to hire more people when your business doesn't need more people. Everything about the number of employee that your business needs depends on how they are going to be more productive for your business.
