There are organizations that gives their employees benefits such as additional bonuses to salaries paid, paid vacations abroad, health insurance, Retirement plans. These benefits produces a productive workforce and help boost workers morale but at the same time cost most Employers a lot and increase their financial statement making them require a lot from employees in return.

What are the Pros and cons of these benefits on Employees and Employers and how important are they?
I am also a staff of an organisation and benefit at like the fuel that trigger us to work more on daily basis, if the employer decides to treats the employee well , the company will be going and running well.
 
Employee benefit is important to staff of an organization, why? Because it makes them more comfortable working with the organization, it makes them put in their best at work and also make them generally happy. An happy staff is a productive staff.

The rewards attatch to timely completion of task is a great motivation.And also if an incentive is given for thier effort when they bring in new clients to the business it helps to push them further.

Of course, benefit for employment is a good basis of motivation for workers in an organization but this is just to motivate not to build character as some employees just have lackadaisical attitude towards work
 
well it is really necessary but it is not compulsory ,it is necessary in the sense that It can actually help to motivate your workers and this can also help to move your organisation forward,if you have the money to do it that's perfectly okay but if you don't have the money there is nothing you can do about it.

It depends on the kind of company you are working for, because most companies out there now are not ready to pay for your work done more of to talk about the benefits that should follow the job at the end tho.

As much as I know, no company who have all the aforementioned benefits for her employees will be in need of quality staff. That company will be the dream job of many unemployed and even employed staff. The benefits are too enormous for staff to joke with their job.
Actually there are companies or organisations that offer these benefits. It could be health insurance or a paid leave. I agree, I think a lot of people will dream to have this sort of job.
