If your employees are entitled to various benefits like bonus, promotions, cash incentives, etc. they will start working more efficiently an they will become more productive
 
There are organizations that gives their employees benefits such as additional bonuses to salaries paid, paid vacations abroad, health insurance, Retirement plans. These benefits produces a productive workforce and help boost workers morale but at the same time cost most Employers a lot and increase their financial statement making them require a lot from employees in return.

What are the Pros and cons of these benefits on Employees and Employers and how important are they?
These benefits are very essential and their importance can be seen as soon as they are applied.

Everyone employees inclusive likes to be appreciated and show that what they do is important, doing this show of appreciation with gifts or bonuses goes the extra mile to motivate them and also those who didn't receive, it can propel them to achieve great things.
 
It can actually help to boost and improve the productivity of a particular business organisation,all depends on certain business company if a company has the money to organise this I think it will be better and should be once in a while for economic purpose.
 
Employee's benefits should be a normal part of the package for staffs in an organization, because this will also serve as a motivation to do more.
Employee benefit is quite beneficial to the organisation and not just to the employee alone because it will lead to increased output in the organisation and so therefore increasing the moral of the business.

The effect of an employer giving an increase or bonuses in terms of cash or incentives will give the employee an extra push in the job,it will help to increase their productivity,as the'll strive to put in their best on the job.
 
Like I always say to staffs back then when I was working in a company. Without the now casual workers there can't be need for staff. Because every business owners prefer having a casual worker all their life. He pays less and thesame work done by staff can also be done by casual too

In my work experience the bonus and other benefits that I received from my employer increased my dedication to my job. It also contributed to my loyalty with the feeling that the company cared for me so I have to reciprocate.
 
For one, benefits are a reason some people work, they want to make sure that you stay, so they give their employees extra benefits throughout the year, in the hopes that you stay and continue working for them. Most other places that don't do it, don't tend to keep employees long anyway.
