Employees benefits are so crucial to keep businesses, companies and other public and private establishments moving. This brings about the most effective workforce and help minimize lags in organization. Health benefits, work bonuses and incentives are among others.
 
Employee benefits are great motivation to the staffs because it make them take the job seriously and want to give it their all because they know that the management of the business have their interest at heart so for me employee benefit is a major key to promote a business
 
Employee benefits is very important, when your manager is smiling and clearly he is not lacking anything, at all, he is a good man definitely he will make sure his staff gets paid not only at when due, they will get equal value, I mean they will be paid heavily, that's the benefits of an employee.

The problem is that if such companies start treating their employees like slaves, then employees will soon leave the company. You are right in your description @Blessedsam60 , when employees get multiple benefits and recognition of their value, they are more effective for the company, which in turn helps it to sustain and succeed. That's where the importance of employee benefits lies.
 
If an employer wants to be able to get the best out of his employees , then he needs to offer bonus to the hard working ones this will encourage everyone to work hard.
 
These benefits are what makes employees more conscious of not wanting to loose their jobs thus making them discharge their duties appropriately. If they enjoy great benefits at work, I mean who would want to lose that

I am a firm believer that employee benefits is a motivation for that employee to do better but one disadvantage may be that it may lead to rivalry.
