Employee benefits are very important because its used to increase the morale and inspired the workers to be more hard-working and be consistence towards their work.
Beside that it is also good to employee healthy competition is among the workers. this usually happens in my work place where everyone has to compete for a prize as the best worker in the company.
 
The morale of your staff or employee goes a long way in determining their productivity. If an employee is not happy working the job then they wouldn't be able to make the needed impact they were employed to make on the company or business.

These benefits produces a productive workforce and help boost workers morale but at the same time cost most Employers a lot and increase their financial statement making them require a lot from employees in return.

One thing evry employer that is very considerate and have the interest of its employees at heart is that they are always willing to make the job and the welfar for its workers a priority and something that would not put them under stress.
 
Sometimes employees benefit give employees assurance that their services is being appreciated. I believe if any company has the ability to do it they should try as much as possible to keep to it because it will in one way or the other help the business progress perfectly.
