Well, I see no cons in putting the workers welfare into consideration. Of course for an employer to consider giving out extra packages to his employees, it means he's really impressed by their efforts and hardwork, hence the special rewards. This will in turn galvanise the employees into more productive actions which will in the short and long term be a win-win situation for both employers and employees

Employees are the main assets for the company , they enhance production if do good job and they can only do good job when they are treated well and have appropriate salery and other facilities as well so they will put their heart and soul do work to make profitable business
