There are organizations that gives their employees benefits such as additional bonuses to salaries paid, paid vacations abroad, health insurance, Retirement plans. These benefits produces a productive workforce and help boost workers morale but at the same time cost most Employers a lot and increase their financial statement making them require a lot from employees in return.

What are the Pros and cons of these benefits on Employees and Employers and how important are they?
 
There can only be advantages in employees receiving benefits from their employers or rather the advantages far outweighs the disadvantages. Extra benefits motivates the employees and increases their productivity. It gives the employees a sense of loyalty to the business organization. And it refines the credibility of the organization in the eyes of the public.
 
Employee benefits are necessary to all staff as it would increase their motivation towards meeting and surpassing deadlines. It is an enticing way to uplift the morale of your staff. I would advise any business man to strive in giving the benefits when the need arises.
 
Employee benefits are very important in every organization though some organizations in my Country do not have such packages. The Human resource department is in charge of effective dissemination of benefits as well as programs that improve the skills, talents, professional and intellectual lifestyle of the employees, the benefits serve as a motivation to workers as well.

As much as I know, no company who have all the aforementioned benefits for her employees will be in need of quality staff. That company will be the dream job of many unemployed and even employed staff. The benefits are too enormous for staff to joke with their job.
