see I need to tell you the truth I'm also finding it difficult to be consistent with savings of some fund for investment and business. This is the reason why I make small piggy bank that will make it difficult for me to withdraw money from and keep my savings in there.

I have already signed up with local thrift collector over here so that I will be receiving a certain amount to in everyday. I have done something similar in the past in which I created a local bank account dedicated for saving only.

I don't know the reason but I can't just invest my money in any offline investment for any reason because it won't be profitable considering the fact that the Nigerian currency is depreciating everyday, is it is either I invest in cryptocurrency or the US dollars.

@Sotherefore I understand your concern and I have the same to as yours. I don't think I can establish offline business in the country right now due to the fact that things will always work against people. Real estate investment is the only thing I can do offline.

All these things do you really think it is necessary ? for me I will just prefer to buy my own property on my own without having to get it by applying for a mortgage, although you can still be able to pay it back but the stress will still be there.
