If you had $1 Million to invest in one thing, what would it be?

Lets say you are given $1 Million dollars, and you had to invest in just one thing, what would it be and why? It's hard to pick just one thing to invest in, but I think I'd find a way to invest into the video game industry, or possibly the movie industry, something I am into. But if I had to pick one, I'd choose gaming. Anyway, if you had that cool $1 Mill, what would you use it to invest in?

Oh, and lets say in this scenario, you have to invest it, and can't keep it for personal use.

If I had $1 million to invest, I would probably buy farmland and start farming. I come from a farmers' community, I see the profitability of farming, I see the importance of growing more food. I also find pleasure in farming.
