Most at times when you work as I've been employed do not know fully about how the organisation is being run so it is always important that you should educate them.

Employee coaching is a situation whereby you employ an expert in an area of choosing work to lecture and motivate your workers to perform better in the company. You need to do this regularly if you want optimum performance in the workplace.
 
I think employee coaching refers to guiding employee in work place and making them more confident and mentally prepared for their jobs? It might be slightly different than employee training.

Yes, I think employee coaching involved employee counselling as well. They kind of address the problems faced by employees in regards to their job. Moreover, I think it might be different from training where they train employees how to work properly and teach and train them how to work.
 
Employees coaching is training, retraining and guiding staff on their career. Employees coaching is very important to be carried out from time to time as it helps employees to be more better in their chosen careers.

When I taught in a school, my boss always organised trainings for all teachers once every term...that helped us improve on our work.
