What is employees coaching?

Employees coaching has to do with a routine form of training for employees of an organisation. This kind of training are carried out by the organisations to improve their employees so that they are able to discharge their duties according to world best practices as technology gets more advanced, employees too needs to improve.
One thing I understand about employing Kuching is directing and also putting them through in some kind of office work and tasks in order for them to work accurately according to the organization's mandate.
 
What is employee coaching and how it is important in the organization?
Employee coaching is a situation whereby you hire an expert at a specific area of business building to teach motivate your workers to improve productivity in the workplace and to enhance their lifestyle. Employee coaching is very important if you want your business to grow at an exponential rate.
 
Employees coaching is when employers subject their employees to some level of self-development and it is important because whatever knowledge or skill is gained, is used for the benefit of the company or organisation.
 
Employee coaching to simply put it is the process of training and retraining of the employees of a particular organisation in anticipation for a better and quality out out in their duties
 
No matter how knowledgeable or skillful an employee is the moment they are employed in a new company they undergo training in order to be assimilated and fully come to terms with the rules and operation of the company.
I do not think all employee need to be coach before they start up a business,but as a business owner, you must tell them the most important thing .but skill people sometimes already know their responsibilities and work when employee into a business organisation.

They need so.e guidelines to help them get acquainted to their new role. No matter how skilled you are via your field when you find yourself in a new working environment you need some coaching to help you settle in.

I completely agree with you that employee coaching is seen as putting work as shoe how do be doing their job better and in the business that I worked for in the past the management of the company do routinely coaches on how to do our job more perfectly and effectively on a quarterly year basis.
 
Without regular coaching of employees, they tends to remain in the same position of understanding in job delivery. Employees coaching helps them to be updated in the latest trends in their chosen areas of expertise.

Seriously, it's very important that staffs get regular training from time to time and once they complete their training, they stand a chance of getting a promotion.

Okay I believe they are to be trained on the basic things such as the rules and regulation of the company's but not on the type of skill they are experts on.

Those are the basic coaching about all the rules and regulation of the business organisation but they will not be able to coach you base on the skill you have because most business owner are not expert in your own area.

The basic reason reason for organising coaching clinics or workshop is to train workers on their skills so as to be more better and updated on the latest trends in their chosen careers.
 
Just like you see it done in the military or paramilitary employments where those who have passed the employment requirements are made to go for some further trainings for like six months or so, that is why they are trained to get what it takes to do thier job

Do you think training of employees in an organisation is very important as this will make this employees to know the latest methods and strategies of doing their job to the best ability as methods are always been upgraded or improved upon every time.
 
Employees that are coached to improve their performance get new skills and a greater understanding of their role in the firm. Employees will perform better and at a higher level if they understand what they're doing and why they're doing it.

If they are to be coach for them to be updated on the latest trend on their chosen career then who is the person that is going to do the coaching,is it the business manager or a business expert ?

This is the way you direct your employee on what to do in the company most of them when employed they don't really know how they work is being done but you coaching them and putting them through makes them perfect.
