Employees coaching could be in the form of; in-service training or external training. You see some Managers would complain of low productivity when the central key to production which are the employees are not serviced properly through; attending conferences, workshops, seminars, no increase in incentives and lack of general welfare.
 
Employee coaching involves the training the staff and workers to acquire more skills on the jobs. It may be in form of seminars, practicals, or conferences and it is really important in equipping staff with necessary skills for their tasks.
