Many lives have been lost due to this issue. Many greedy factory owners never consider the safety of workers and this is why injuries and accidents usually happen in factories.

I think first aid education is very important and all employees must have the first aid skills so they can be in a position to fight against fire when there is a house in fire for instance. The company can organise the training of a group of workers in turns. The training can even be done at the place of work.
