There are so many companies that care less about the health of their employees or the well-being of their employees. There are very few of them that care about the welfarism of their employees.
We have tons of companies that do not care about the welfarism of their employees. If you take a deep look at such companies you will notice that they will have less productivity because their employees are not happy.

If the company already has a health facility within the work environment there is really no need talking about training the employees on certain things like first aid.
It is only in the health facilities or some military engagements that people are being trained on first aid.
When you know that your business is not have anything to do with that, there is really no need of the training.

One of the important training that an employee must undergo is how to operate and use the first aid tools very effectively because it could be needed anytime.

Apart from just work injuries I believe that everybody should at least have some basic knowledge about first aid and know some things that you should be able to do whenever and emergency arises.

I believe a training in basic first aid would definitely help especially for the employees that are working in an hazardous environment.

Yeah I think all employees should go through some form of training in an organization.because anything can happen at any time
