An enterpreneur needs to be disciplined when making certain decisions, especially decisions that they know will really improve on the business and make a great difference because, the decision you are making will either influence the company positively or negatively, so you want to be sure you are making the right choice so you don't make decisions that will harm your business.
I don't think you get to pick one. I mean that's the problem. Many people believe it could be this way or that way. Truth is, it can be between two. Don't limit yourself to a mirage. Be flexible when you have to and be disciplined when that is required.

What makes you to be a successful entrepreneur is the ability to maintain a high level of discipline in planning, decision making, supervision, funding and other managerial responsibilities. If an entrepreneur is not discipline it will be very difficult to achieve the goals in which the business was set up.
As an entrepreneur he or she is expected to be very discipline in making decisions by doing he would be positioning the business in the right direction. But some young entrepreneurs of today are not discipline.

It all depends on the situation at hand, it may be good to be discipline depending on the situation at hand or it may be good to be flexible, all this depends on the situation at hand, but you have to be careful so you don't loss customers

I believe that you must be 100% disciplined, in this way you will have a better chance of success, the opposite could happen if you become flexible when making business decisions. Seriously, I do prefer it when situations determine the behavior and decision a business makes. At times, if being rigid, it may affect the business negatively in some instances. So I prefer being flexible when making business decisions.
An entrepreneur should take all the decisions in his business with fully disciplined mind and control over his body , this is really important for a businessman because , taking decisions not seriously can make him lose his money.
Actually in business there is room for flexibility and rigidity at the same time but a business owner has to be careful to know when to be flexible and rigid. Both stands are very good as they go a long way in determining how a business will fare in the time to come.

@Akinwale well said, but both stance in business related issues can be dangerous at times. I agree it would go a long way in determining the success of any business but knowing when to be rigid or not is what most entrepreneurs struggle with.
Discipline is the key to a successful business. An entrepreneur who fails to handle his or her business with a rigid principle may end up losing big to the business.
An entrepreneur should be more disciplined and focus once planning to achieve his objectives. Because its not always easy as said. But he should still show some form of determination

An entrepreneur should have a little of the two and know exactly when and how to use them. You should be discipline in such a way that you should always research and evaluate your business and and be patient not to give up fast. To also be flexible in the sense that you should flow with the trend.
I'll go with disciplined , to be a successful entrepreneur is not easy, some decisions you'll take will either make or brake your organization that's why you've got to be firm and assertive in whatever you do
