One of the killers of a business Is indiscipline in the work place. When making a concrete business decisions, the business must be frank and affirmatively stand upon his or her legs. You can't be flexible and make a concrete décisions, you must be able to to be serous and you are known for it.

According to my opinion, an entrepreneur must be flexible in his dealings, because in every types of businesses matters or dealings, there is not always according to our own desires. Sometimes we have to change our dealings to satisfy our clients, so flexibility is very important here.
It's fine to be disciplined. Discipline is a virtue that will make an individual stand for what he believes in not minding who is happy or who is not with the laid down rules and regulations.
However it is important to know exactly where to draw the line.
At some point one needs to put human phase in decision make.

flexibility doesn't work in all situations, especially as an entrepreneur. most times you have to be rigid and not flexible because some people are ready to milk you dry and spoil your business for you if you are not careful enough, know when to be rigid and when to be flexible at the same time

I do believe discipline is paramount for an entrepreneur that want to be successful. But note that flexibility does not connote indiscipline, rather it's allow you to be more receptive to various opportunities available to you. In fact being flexible is better than being rigid.

It depends on the size and type of the business to be disciplined or not. Flexible to me means you can be considerate at times like a policy against tardiness that an employee is terminated for excessive tardiness you can bypass that rule in exceptional cases. But generally the company's policy should be followed to the letter.
An enterprenuer should be ready to make sacrifices by making strong decisions that would impact positively on in business in the long term. He should always put the infantbusiness first before himself.. Not to be rigid. And this doesn't mean he shouldn't have a stand.
Making business related decisions is a crucial part of management which can make or mar the company, you should do what suits you best. If you need to be flexible to achieve your needed results, do so. If you need to be rigid too, don't hesitate to do so.

Yes of course an entrepreneur should be discipliner all the time of his business, but yes he should be more discipliner at the time of decisions making, If he shows flexibility then he will not remain dedicated to his decision, so he should be discipliner.
He's got to be disciplined, to be an entrepreneur is no easy feat, the decisions taken today have a lot of impact on the business I've said this earlier that most entrepreneurs are considered mean, it's no fault of theirs.
