An entrepreneur that wants to be successful must not be disciplined while making decisions, he/she must be strategic, purposeful and intentional while making decision at the time visionary.

Well in some cases the entrepreneur has to be disciplined I making some rigid decision because people are ready to frustrate all your efforts if good measure is not taken. I prefer the person to be flexible . one need to relate propaly with his or her client.over seriousness at time may not not work in terms of convincing but not to confuse the client. One is aloww to make other discussion with the client so the person will feel at home.

@Akgreat82 definitely, each has it role to play in being a successful business owner or entrepreneur. The problem is most young entrepreneurs don't know when to draw the curtain between being flexible and disciplined. When wrongly used, some owners get their fingers burnt.
