Should an entrepreneur be disciplined or Flexible when making business related decisions?

When it comes to taking business decisions and not character, being flexible or disciple would not always help you. It is advice able that in business, hu should learn to take informed and evidenced based decisions and not based on personal sentiments or past experiences.
