Property Has anyone invested into land or property's?

Now, one thing I tell everyone is learn about real estate. Repeat after me: real estate provides the highest returns, the greatest values and the least risk.

Land investment myths are popular for inducing tension, anxiety, and confusion. Am I too young to invest in property? Are property investments safe? What if the prices fall? Do I need a lot of money to buy land? These are the kind of questions that clouds our minds when it comes to investing inland
 
As you pay off that amount you also have the loan fee, No idea what the cost be since each bank might have different charges but can say it won't be cheap. like $5,000 can cost an extra $300. So many people lost there homes/cars. So full time job is needed I mean very.
 
I haven't invested into real estate yet. I have a part time job in retail which I use to pay bills and expenses aswell as put what I can aside each month for a deposit on a house when the times comes. Investing into land is probably the best, safe and reliable investment that there is.

If you was to buy land and good size of land at and good price, You then might able to earn interests and also in the future able to sell your land and earn an good amount to the right buyer.

You can also do it to property's. But them then fix them up then sell or rent
I have not yet invest in land and property,but I am looking forward to a day I will just that,because I like such type of investment that you buy at a cheaper rate and overtime it increase in it value.
You can as well lease it out to agricultural farmers
 
Well i haven't in person invested into real estate or buying and selling of lands but my brother is into that,he has made quite a good amount of profits from that, the thing that matters when investing in such things is the location of the property
 
Landed properties from time is one good investment that will always appreciate, it's valuability increases as time goes on. Offering the land for lease could also raise good profits.it all boil downs to choice and wants.

Buying and selling of properties especially land is one of the easiest business to do, it is part of real estate business. Buying and selling of property might be dangerous sometimes if adequate measures are not taken. You can buy property and sell it immediately.
 
If you are able to make findings, you would or should be able to buy plots of land around a new site. Leave it for a while and then you could sell or build for rentage.
 
Well I just started invested on lands. I’m hoping on hoarding the land for a very long period of time and then flip it for a good amount of money. My foresight is investing on properties now though it’ll cost me more money than land investment cost me.
 
I bought some plots of land in 2019 and to my surprise, the value of that land now has appreciated to over 100% which means if I leave it for like ten years, I will realize handsome money from it.
 
Some downsides to real estate are similar to everything else. I mean, you need to be good at it! You have to clean and do repairs well - and also, know selling and the market. I'd probably say, as with domaining, you need a list (to sell to) - unless you have something spectacular. Investing in properties requires a large amount of money and also it takes a long time to recover your money

I have not invested in now because I'm still struggling to get more money because land investment is not something we can just start without having any things tangible to do and beside it requires a lot of money which I may not be able to afford now. But I will do it later
 
Investing In both land and property is a good idea. But I will rather advice the investment in property.
Because people will continue to need where to live and dwell, so investing in property gives priveledge for continuenity unlike land.
 
It is well to invest on land property because it really do appreciate and before u know it you might become millionaire. The land trealky appreciate well. If u buy a land with$1000 can appreciate vwithin three years to times three even if u have more than three plots u can use the money u get by selling it to build house.
 
Land properties and housing properties are quite profitable but not as people tend to think, it is good to buy a property but in the long run you might not make back your profits in over 10 years especially in housing properties.
 
I think it may increase your business values as if it help you in your investment you can start a New business by this money that obtained from your property . As property is your own but it doesn't increase its value as compared to business investment.
