I beleive that because paypal is well secured that is why they are using it,payeer and perfectmoney are not in the united state,but for this website I want to know do they accept members from others part of the world or their major operation is in united state

PayPal is the issue for me. I don't use PayPal for many reasons. Do they allow different users to withdraw money to same paypal address? If yes , I can withdraw to your PayPal and then you can send me crypto with fees involved.
