Definitely!! Not everybody come from same background and the way we are brought up is different !If you av that basic mentality, then half of your problem is solved, just let go of anyone who's is bad! Everybody has is own uniqueness.
 
For sure in every business their are ups and downs but its how you manage them that matters, well I myself have come in contact with stubborn and rude customers, since the saying "customers are always right" when ever you come in contact with them you answer them politely and calmly
