Hiring managers internally or externally?

I believe that when you hire someone from the already existing members of the company , it will be much better because they wouldn't be retraining because he's conversant with the working condition.

The fact remains that hiring people from within the company is not necessarily the best decision all the time. Many companies realise how outsourcing could expand the opportunities and this is what they do.

I think that it all depends on the experience and kind of job. Sometimes, the current employers within the company might not have enough experience and in such a case, you may need to hire someone from outside.

I think hiring a manager internally is just the first-rate due to the fact she or he is already equipped with the information of ways the established order runs and the way success may be accomplished quicker. Whereas an external manager will want time to research a lot about the status quo and this isn't always accurate for business.
