Hiring managers internally or externally?

You are even going to find it much more easier for you to be hiring your managers internally because it is going to be easy for you to on-boarded them because they know about the company already.

I think hiring internally is the best. It has a lot of benefit. The manager already know the in and out of the company. The manager would also have know most of the staff. Unlike when you hire from outside, you don't to do much orientation for the manager hired internally. If I have company and I wanted to hire manager, I will surely hired internally.

If the vacant positions in the company is outsourced, the set of people that will be employed will all be external.

The main issue is that it may be really hard and time consuming for companies to train employees initially and then allow them to undertake or perform the job. This is why they opt to hire experienced individual rather than hiring someone else.

What most companie usually do in most cases is that they prepare the employees for the task,in the absence of the person that is incharge,someone can just fall into the job role and the process will just have to be in contineous flow.
 
I think it depends. you can hire both internall and externally. when the available employees are capable of doing the jobs, I more better you hire internally because they are much aware and familiar with the business.

Then that could be in some isolated cases,when this is the case,the organisation do not have any option than to hire an experience person to do the job,else they delibrately train theirs inhouse.

If the employees are not well experienced and are not capable to hold the position that is vacant, it is in the best interest of the company to look elsewhere and search for a more experience person to do the job.
 
I think it will be an additional advantage when you hire your manager internall because I believe he most be aware of all the business plans and strategies and even love to build on your already regulations.
