I wouldn't do that if I had more than one staff. That's the fastest way to create animosity between staff. You're right about that and I think so too. It doesn't matter how anyone would want to justify that but it's just totally wrong and that is most definitely cheating.Well it depends in people motives concerning business and personal I can't be ready to take or bear such risk. emotional attachment in running business is very bad most especially with your employees.
