I think he should go with this advice because there are no surveys online for people in 3rd tier countries or developing countries so the best way that people like us in 3rd tier country is by posting on paid to post platform like this current one.

There are so many survey sites that you can join in. In my experience, I have already spent a lot of times in surveys. But the saddest part of it is I have not cashed out on any single site of them. It's a waste of my time.

I do not think that there are any kind of surveys that are available to my country which is Nigeria so someone like me have zeroed my mind off anything known as surveys for now because I do not want to be disappointed after I have done some surveys and I'll be told that I am not eligible for it.

If you are not from Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries, trust me earning money from surveys is very negligible, sometimes you don't even earn because the survey is not available in your location. My advice, start working on freelance sites.
