Definitely a person can manage more than one business but it will be stressful. You can't possibly concentrate in two business at a time except you employ other people to take certain responsibilities in the business.
Yeah, managing more than one business will be very stressful, but if you can hire someone to help you that will be a good idea, if you want to make it really big then you need to have more than one business.

If you think that you are capable and you have the right experience that the business is going to need to drive then nobody is going to stop you but I highly do not recommend.
That is just the only way because one person cannot concentrate in more than one business at a time. . If you try to force yourself it might even lead to stress and depression.
I do not think it is going to be a wise idea for somebody to run multiple startups especially if you are a beginner in that space so you should just focus on one to take it forward.

In that case , then people should be looking for opportunities to hire their family members. I believe with this the risk of getting involved with dubious people will be greatly reduced.
Hiring a family member is not a bad idea, but we have some sets of people that will not take this kinds of things serious, if the person is serious and concentrative then it will be a good idea.

Even the world richest people actually have a lot of businesses under their belt but the thing is that you are not the world richest people. You should only take as much as you can handle.
Yes that is another points to be put into consideration . it is even much more better with family members because at least you will know most of their characters and those that are willing to take your business serious.

Definitely if family members are not serious or are uninterested in the business you have established , you wouldn't have any other option than to look for people somewhere. Probably a friend.

Doing multiple start-ups is quite dangerous, it might leave you with no active business at all, its best you start one established it, then move to the next one. One of the reasons people do multiple start-ups us greed, they want to have it coming from all sides at once.
I think it's actually good to plan many business ideas. Most rich business owners always have more than one business and i think it's not even good to reply on only one business as a source of income.
