I honestly don't know. I haven't heard much about this boycott, unless you mean the LGBTQ display they had up that made people cry foul? If so I don't agree with the fuss people made about it. There's a lot of misinformation about that, saying they were promoting sexual things to kids, which was proven false.

I see no issue with them promoting items for LGBTQ people. The stuff they complained about wasn't even that bad, it was kinda funny seeing how crazy people went over it. There's much more pressing things to deal with that a display at a store.

Anyway, I don't know enough to invest, but I doubt targets stock has dropped because of the recent news.

I will say that the best strategy for someone to go into this kind of investment is to invest the amount of money that you are willing to lose if the Investment doesn't go as planned. This is so that you will not regret losing a big amount of money.

Target stocks can be really profitable, however, the price of stocks has gone down drastically in the last 6 months. If you have invested in Target, you surely have made a loss. However, if you plan on investing, this is the right time to get hold of stocks for a relatively cheaper price. As far as I am concerned, I am not able to buy Target stocks as buying international stocks is illegal in my place.

I can say there is no specific time to invest in stock but as you say it's better to make research about it I also believe that owing your stock counselor or broker will help you know the right stock which you can invest with mostly if a bank offer stock for sale I don't take chances buying it no matter how the small the unit

Personally, I don't really trust the banking sector in my country because of the way they have been running their banking operations over a long period of time with even not giving 100% assurances to people that save their money in their banks. So why would I invest in any kind of stocks that they are going to offer...?
