I like your point and it's good to help as much as you can. However, you must always take time to find out if the person really needs the money or if they are just trying to fleece you.

Looking for a job or employment for my friends or family either within my working place or another place is not really a problem if I have the opportunity to do so but that person most show me reason either through his results and hardwork.

Of course yes! As a business owner, I usually help my friends and family members. It is very essential to assist others in their difficult times because this same people are the once that will remember you for good when you are also in your difficult season.

Helping people is a good thing , most especially your friends and family by you must know when to stop because you shouldnt turn your organisation into a charity organisation.

It's dependent on what they need my assistance for. If it's something more financial and I'm capable, I'll definitely help. But if it involves going against processes or organization protocols, I'll be more careful and have second thoughts so I don't get embarrassed.

We have to look at the issue here in parspective,because if at the end of the day my family member or friend is very qualified and competent to do the job,then it would not be a bad idea to employ them,except they are not qualified,then i would not risk that.

Of course I would. However, I will only do that if there's an acceptable reason to that. If not, they will always depend and come to you even for the flimsiest of excuses.
