How can an employee handle an abusive employer

Any employee that has an abusive boss should firstly decide whether to stay or leave. No level of abuse, big or small can be justified but some are part of experience. Most bosses are not abusive, they are just strict and won't condone laziness, they want their workers to give their best at whatever they do.
The best way an employee can handle an abusive employer is for he or she to always stay clear of his insults by doing his will work perfectly well with this he'll be safe.

In this part of the world, majorly in the office section, we've seen and heard some employer getting aggressive on their employees. So how can an employee tackle and curtail such case without getting sacked
I think that generally in a business there is a regulatory board that is actually responsible for addressing concerns such as this and therefore you will have to take it up directly with them.

If your manager is abusive you can complain to the management board or CEO, however, what can you do when the chairman of your management board or the CEO himself is abusive. Just give up that job and look for better avenues.

It's tricky when it's a private institution where your are directly abused by the employer. You really have to be smart in your approach or else you are dismissed. Otherwise if it's a government institution it's not much tricky, there are laws which protects an employee, you can report the abusive boss when you can't bear it any more
This is why at my former place of work when I had an abusive employer what I did to handle it was to avoid any situation that will trigger is abusiveness and I came to discover that there are some certain things that trigger acid toxicity so what I do is to avoid them.

I don't think any employee can abusive his or her employer,to me if an employee insult his employer the he should be sackes that is if the boss did not do anything beyond limit best way to deal with an abusive employee is to caution the person

There are many abusive manager and boss in the business but most worker decide to take it all in because they don't have any other choice of work , they know they will eventually loose the job if they report such boss.

This is definitely a very bad situation to be in . You should try as much as possible to know if you are working within your job description or not. If yes then you can talk to them directly maturely.

Well it depends on the mood of the employee that's to say if he is high temper person then he should live or resign from the job but if it's a person who can control his emotions then he should continue by always exercising patience at all time of the job.

The most important thing is we are from different backgrounds and our behavior differs so need to tolerate one another and have good communicating skill

It's either you develop a thick skin and get used to it if the pay is good and It's not in any way affecting your productivity or you walk away if the reverse is the case.

It is not a must that you keep on working for an employer that keeps on abusing you which means that you can actually leave the job when you feel like and sick for more working place that offers a better working condition.

There are lots of ways to go about such a situation but the best I would do is keep my distance since he or she is my boss and there is little that can be done to stop that probably getting another job

Since most of us are already in business if working for someone to earn a living and save up for business, employers feel they have the right to do anyhow which is true to some extent we just have to focus to get what we need

It all depends on your kind of personality there are people who wouldn't answer you even if you poke their Chin but I know everyone can't be like that,if it's a multicorporations report to a senior staff

That's just it, you would have to comfornt them in a very polite manner as much as you can, or better still instead of stressing your self, simply find a better place and get a job then you switch, no need looking for ways to please the boss.

One of the things one has to bear with in working for an employer is that you have to adjust to the employees flaws just to stay employed which really sucks

If you're an employee that is having an abusive employer, you should be very careful to make sure you are not actually the trigger for the employer's abusive tendencies as well

The best way I can handle an abusive employer is to; retrieve my services from the organisation. It's not wise to keep on staying in a toxic environment because my productivity would-be low.

The best thing to do is get such an employer reported to some human right govering agencies to handle.
This will actually help a lot.

If you as an employee has an abusive employer that you can't cope with, please decide to shun him and stay on the job or leave for good, because if you choose to stay and complain at the same time it will affect you psychologically.
