Hiring someone, and allowing them to live at business a bad idea?

That's a very bad thing to do , hiring someone and allowing them to live upstairs above the store can be very dangerous , and to cap it all , its someone you dont really know , it can lead to that person robbing your store .

Personally for me, I wouldn't mind doing this as long as the person whom I am going to hire is going to bring a valuable contribution to my business which is something that is very important to me more than the whole apartment issue.
