Having a mentor vs having a partner?

When it comes to having a business you are going to be better off having a mental than a partner. I meant especially somebody who has been able to reach the peak in that particular area is going to be very important.

I will never go with partnership business for many reasons. The person that are dealing with may have an ulterior motive which I may not know. I prefer mentorship.

Actually sometimes it depends on the kind of business you are operating and the size of the business too. if it's a small business, I dont need a partner but a mentor and if it's a big business I will require a partner.

The question is very straightforward for me. I wouldn't go with partnership because the partnership business may crumble. Mentorship is one of the best thing that one should have before doing business.

I prefer to have mentor than having partners. The reason is that I have seen the benefits of having a mentor and at the same time that of partners. Mentorship is better than partnership.

Actually the issue of having a mentor and a partner depends on the kind or level of the business. when the business is very big I may need a partner but if it's small I will need a mentor.

This is ultimately going to be a close call but I think at the end of the day I will prefer to have a mentor who has been proven in the business sense and will be there to guide me towards my journey.

Having a mentor in a business is really a very wonderful decision because he is always there to guide and direct you on certain aspects of the business that you dont know and will also gives you advice on how to run the business effectively.

Patnership in business is the best way to deal in business because you have the opportunity of having the financial support of you , but the best way is starting alone.

Having a partner where you are still together is actually something that I will love to see. This is going to give you the opportunity to share ideas and choose what is best for the business.

A mentor seems to be the best option, but the problem with a mentor is that you have already established a subordinate role to them, as they have been the one giving you direction and advice — not the other way around. This is very hard to flip.

Actually having a mentor or even a partner is very important in the success of a business though it depends when it's a small business, there is a necessity for a mentor and a big business with a partner.

A mentor and a partner has different roles that they play when it's comes to business but the truth is a mentor play the most important role because they make the process easier things you need to pay for or suffer to get you don't need to they help make it's easier

I will generally prefer to have a mentor to be honest. It is always good to have somebody who you can be able to fall back to at every stage of your business journey which is very underrated.

Actually partnership business is very good and it makes the running of the business more easier and simple so also a mentorship business helped in sharing of ideas from someone who is more specialised than you.

Having a partner is definitely outbid the picture. I so much believed in mentorship. The mentorship program must be undergone if you want to make something very reasonable.

I believe that you are better off having a mentor if you are going to be going into business. This is because a mentor is somebody who has already encountered all the hassles s of business.
