Do you have users who are active way too much on your site?

If you run any sites, maybe a forum, you may deal with people who use the site a bit too much. Maybe it is a forum and the user posts on the daily, maybe they're your top poster on your site and they end up posting too much sometimes. Have you ever had those type of users who just lives on your site?

I wish I had users who were too much active on my site. My forums have a feature where users cannot create back to back posts, they need to wait for a couple of minutes. Therefore, even when I users who were too much active, there wouldn't be a problem of too much posting.
