Customer Vs Employee in a business

Customers are important because they are the reason the business was esterblish in the first place,but the employees are the ones that will make the value to be seen by the interested customers,and that is why both should be given due attention.
 
Customers the most important aspect in the business world , so as the employee, employee are the people producing the product the customer are buying , so they must also be well taken care of.

Both are very important and in most cases a lot of people consider it to be customer satisfaction. I believe this to be true because it is through customers satisfaction that money could be raised to pay employees. Employees are also important.
 
I think there is absolutely no doubt that customers are the most important aspect of every business and it will be very good that you should try to treat them as such.
 
There is not going to be any employee in the first place if they are not customers that are willing to pay money to the business and that is what makes them exactly the most important.
 
It is always important that you should try to set up your business in such a way that none of them is thinking they are not important in it because they are very important.
 
Well customer should be treated nice, but I don't really believe in the statement that says" customers are always right" cause a lot of time they are wrong, but no matter what we should still treat them nicely and not be rude
That is true customers and employees need to be treated very well in a business, because they are soul of that business without they the business will not be moving the way you planned it.
 
If you want your employees to be happy, you can't give the customer the benefit of the doubt all the time over them. They will feel worthless.

I think it is fair to say that some employees do lie and are not good workers so you need to really pay attention to who you hire.
 
In my own opinion , both the customers and the employee are needed to be treated very specially because they both have the the impact on your business future ,

Well that is a very valid point,but the two are very important,because the customers would need the services of a vibrant and skilled work force to be able to translate their needs into what they desire or want.
 
If you are to give fair treatment to your customers, your employees should also be treated with so much respect. Your employees are your first family in the business and they are always with you wether u produce or not.
Actually the treatment of your customers more than your employees is a very bad idea. customers can decide not to patronize your business again buy your employees is always working with you to survive and also promote your business.

In a businees both employees and customers are importanbt. For a business to function smoothly employees need top work hard to deliever the product and services, whereas customers must buy products and services. You cannot undermine the role of customers and employees

A business should perform as a unit. This means that employees, customers are both important. In fact, when it comes to running and managing big business organisations, even stakeholders could also be a really important thing under a professional setting.
 
A good human resource management demands than both customers and employees are treated fairly. There should be any preferential treatment .

I completely agree with you in this assessment. No matter how you look at it, all your business employees are very important for the success of your business. They are the engine working and holding all the operational activities of the business. They can never be kicked to the corner. Customers are the reason why businesses are started. They are the one's employees are hired to work and give services to for their money. Without them, there will not be any business.
